Yogurt fool dessert recipe

Preparation time: 10 minutes
Chilling time: 2 hours
Serves: 8 portions
Ingredients
-600 ml whipping cream
-300 ml natural yogurt
-100g brown sugar
-100g muesli
-100g dried mixed fruit (sultanas and raisins)
-100g walnuts (chopped)
Instructions
-Whip the cream until it has reached the soft peaks stage
-Fold in the yogurt
-Spoon into individual serving bowls
-Generously sprinkle the sugar, muesli, mixed dried fruit, and walnuts over the yogurt-cream combination
-Chill for 2 hour before serving

NB: For those who wish for a dessert with minimum fat content, do away with the whipped cream.
