Cheese and fruit salad recipe

Preparation time: 20 minutes
Serves- 8
Ingredients
-2 cans of chunks of pineapple
-2 large lettuces (shredded)
-200g cottage cheese (diced)
-200g cheddar cheese (diced)
-200g cooked ham (diced)
-salt and pepper to season
-2 medium sized avocadoes
-2 tbsp lime juice
Instructions
-Arrange the shredded lettuce on the base of a serving dish
-In a bowl, place the drained pineapple chunks then mix with the cottage cheese, cheddar cheese, and ham
-Season with salt and pepper
-Spoon over the shredded lettuce
-Cut the avocadoes into half, remove stone, peel, and slice thinly
-Sprinkle the avocadoes with the lime juice then arrange on top of the cheese and pineapple mixture
-Place in the refrigerator to chill before serving
