Ingredients
-300ml milk
-20g short grain rice
-2 drops vanilla essence
-20g caster sugar
Instructions
-In a saucepan, bring the milk to boil then reduce the heat
-Add the rice, drops of vanilla essence, and sugar
-Gently simmer for a few minutes then transfer to an oven proof dish
-Top with the butter and carefully place inside oven
-Cook at 160 degrees for 1 ½ hours then remove from oven
-Serve either hot or cold
