-350 grms grilled, boneless, and shredded chicken
Dressing
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
-1 tbsp honey
-1/2 tsp grated ginger
-1/4 cup extra virgin oil
Steps
-Toss the shredded chicken into a bowl
-Toss the diced mango into the bowl with chicken
-blend the lemon juice, honey, grated ginger, and virgin oil to make the dressing
-Drizzle over the salad and give it a light stir
