Lettuce-egg salad recipe

Ingredients
-100 grams of lettuce
-3 hard-boiled eggs
-1/4 cup mayonnaise or thick plain yogurt




Method
-Wash and shred the lettuce into a bowl
-Peel the eggs, slice into rings and throw into the bowl containing the lettuce
-Pour the mayonnaise/yogurt over the salad and toss till salad is thoroughly covered by dressing

Serve as a side dish to accompany spaghetti or plain noodles
