Chocolate-chip pancake recipe

Ingredients
-1 ½ cup self raising flour
-1/4 cup sugar
-1 cup fresh milk
-100g melted butter
-4 ounces dark chocolate (own choice)
Yields approximately 20 pancakes
Method
-Sift the flour into a bowl
-Add sugar and chocolate chips until almost consistent
-Make a well in the centre of the flour and put the eggs and milk
-Blend to a smooth batter using a hand whisk
-Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat until it is hot enough
-Add a spoonful of molten butter to the pan and let it heat up enough
-Using a large spoon, scoop desired quantity of batter from the bowl onto the pan
-Cook pancake until it bubbles on the top surface and browns below before turning over
-Repeat procedure for the remaining batter and place pancakes on a flat plate

-Serve hot and enjoy
