Ginger and honey pancake recipe

Ingredients
-2 cups self raising flour
-1 cup whole milk
-1/4 cup brown sugar
-2 large eggs
-1/4 cup melted butter
-1 tsp dry powdered ginger
-100g honey to garnish
Method
-Sift the flour into a bowl
-Add the dry ingredients into the bowl and mix using a spatula
-In another bowl, mix the eggs and milk
-Add the egg mixture to the flour and whisk to a smooth batter
-Heat a pan over moderate heat
-Spread ½ tsp batter over the pan and let heat until hot
-Scoop 3 full tbsp pancake batter and pour onto the pan
-Cook until top side bubbles and bottom side browns
-Turn over the other side and allow cooking until ready
-Remove from pan and plate on a foiled plate to keep pancakes warm
-Repeat with the remaining batter until complete
-Remove from foil onto a silver plate

-Garnish with honey and enjoy
