Ingredients
-1/2 pint milk
-25g granulated sugar
-25g semolina
-2 tsp choc-hazelnut spread
Instructions
-Gently heat the milk and sugar in a pan
-Sprinkle the semolina over the milk and slowly bring to a boil
-Simmer for 10 to 15 minutes until the mixture thickens and is cooked
-Turn off the heat and carefully turn out the contents of the pan into the bowls
-Carefully swirl one tsp of the choc-hazelnut spread into each pudding bowl
-Sprinkle over the mixed chopped nuts and serve immediately
