large baking potatoes

PREPARATION
Wash the potatoes and prick them with
a fork. Brush the oil all over the potatoes and sprinkle a pinch of salt on
each. Bake on a moderately hot oven for about
1 1/2 hours or until soft right trough the center.
Mix the cottage cheese and chives
with seasoning to taste. Mix the prawns with seasoning to taste. When the
potatoes are cooked, slit them almost in half and spoon the chosen filling into
the cut. Sprinkle the cheddar over the prawns and heat quickly under the
grill. SERVE AT
ONCE.
